Dr. Alberto Martinez performs eye surgery in Kenya during a recent mission trip.
Dr. Martinez was awarded the Humanitarian of the year award by the International Lions Club for his numerous humanitarian contributions as a surgeon and human, especially for his mission to Tumaco, Colombia.
Dr. Martinez was the recipient of the Generous Heart 2005 award for his talent as a surgeon and kindness as a human to help an eight year old girl from Colombia, Maria De Los Angles.
